USAging represents and supports the national network of Area Agencies on Aging and advocates for the Title VI Native American Aging Programs that help older adults and people with disabilities live with optimal health, well-being, independence and dignity in their homes and communities.

USAging files a Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service every year, a primary tool for sharing information with the public about our programs and promoting transparency and compliance.

Audited Financial Statements

USAging prepares financial statements in conformity with accounting principles that are audited by an independent accounting firm. For two consecutive years, USAging has received unmodified opinions related to its audits, which is the most favorable outcome an organization can get from an independent audit. It means the auditors found that USAging’s financial statements to be presented fairly, accurately and in line with generally accepted accounting principles.
