Broaden your strategic thinking and hone the skills you will need to be a leader in the Aging Network by applying to participate in USAging’s Leadership Institute, taking place September 17-19 in Alexandria, VA. This transformational three-day learning experience will prepare you—or your staff—for the many opportunities and challenges that leaders in the Aging Network will face now and in the future.

The Leadership Institute will assist YOU in becoming the leader you’ve always wanted to be by focusing on providing insight into your personal style of leading and working alongside others. You will grow both personally and professionally. Gain insight into what factors and strategies best motivate you and help you drive any team you’re on toward success. Learn how to position yourself and your agency to create opportunities and pave the way forward.
