The Partnership to Align Social Care's Contracting Workgroup has been developing guidance to help Community Care Hubs establish governance models. In collaboration with USAging's Aging and Disability Business Institute, the Camden Coalition, and Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, the Partnership will soon publish a series of resources that include:

• Guide to Effective CCH Committees (Advisory and Governance) and Committee Charters
• Guide to CCH Bylaws
• Governance Brief

As part of the release of these materials, the Partnership to Align Social Care, the Aging and Disability Business Institute and Camden Coalition are hosting a webinar, Building Your Blueprint: Effective Governance for Community Care Hubs, on Tuesday, July 8 at 12:00 PM ET where we will feature a panel of CCH experts that can speak to their experience building out governance models for their hubs.

Attendees will:

• Hear from CCH leaders about their approaches to building out governance models for their hub and lessons learned
• Learn about the process to develop and charter effective committees for governance, the various CCH legal structures that exist, and the major components of a freestanding CCH's bylaws
• Receive new resources focused on helping CCHs establish governance models for their hub.

Registrants will receive access to the recordings and follow-up resources.
