On November 1, 2023, HHS and HUD announced the launch of the first ever Housing and Services Partnership Accelerator (HSPA) technical assistance opportunity. Eight states and the District of Columbia were selected to participate in this 12-month learning collaborative designed to provide a peer-engaged forum and focused technical assistance for improving cross-sector collaboration and coordination efforts across state and local agencies to optimize resources, cover resource gaps, align state and local policies, and to deliver more integrated and seamless services.
