Helping You Live Long and Stay Strong

We all hope to live a long and healthy life—to see our kids grow older, to welcome and be involved with our grandchildren, to enjoy life and to give back to our community.

But aging successfully takes planning. Research shows that at some point on the aging journey, two-thirds of older adults will need some support to age well at home.

For millions of older adults that support system is the Aging Network—or Area Agencies on Aging, also known as AAAs.

AAAs serve older adults in every community in the country. But, oftentimes, people don’t know about AAA services or seek them out until they are in crisis—thereby missing the opportunity to connect to the range of preventive services that are available to help them age well—and where most of us want to: at home and in the community.

Find out how you can connect to this vital network and how it can help you or a loved one live long and stay strong!

Finding Your AAA

Area Agencies on Aging—often called AAA—provide vital services, such as transportation, meals, in-home support and caregiver assistance, that empower older adults to live well and independently in their homes and communities.

For more than 60 years, AAAs have helped older adults throughout the country thrive—one meal, one ride, one caregiver at a time.
